Payment procedure

After receiving the confirmation concerning your selection to the course, you are asked to proceed to pay the tuition fee. The tuition fee doesn't cover accommodation and living costs but only lessons, practical lab courses, course material and coffee breaks.

The payment of the tuition fees needs to be done through bank transfer following the below Instruction and the proof of the bank transfer will guarantee participation in the course.

• N.B. All bank charges towards internation bank transfer shall be borne by applicants

After completing the payment you must submit proof of the bank transfer to sbi@unifi.it and luisa.lanfranco@unito.it

Please Note that the payment needs to be processed within the deadline indicated; otherwise candidates will be excluded from the selection.

Refund policy

In case of non-commencement of the selected Summer School program, the enrollment fee already paid by the participants shall be refunded except for bank transfer expenses.

In case of withdrawal by a selected candidate no refund of fees shall be granted. In the event of cancellation of the Summer School, no travel costs will be refunded.
